Polyurethane boasts exceptional heat preservation capabilities, needing 50% to 100% thinner insulation layers than other thermal insulation materials. Its heat retention performance is particularly remarkable — it surpasses masonry by 29 times and ordinary concrete by 87 times, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.020 W/mK. A mere 100mm thickness is enough to deliver superior thermal insulation, outperforming materials like wood, brick, and concrete by a wide margin, thereby effectively enhancing buildings’ heat preservation performance.

Our enterprise carries out stringent waterproof performance evaluations on the product. In accordance with the GB/T 10299 standard, the product is subjected to continuous spraying for 1 hour at a steady water flow of 1L per minute. Test results indicate that the water absorption rate under short-term partial immersion is no more than 1kg/m², while the figure for long-term partial immersion stands at ≤3kg/m².

Meanwhile, the product boasts outstanding moisture-absorbing capacity and water-repellent performance, featuring a moisture absorption rate of no more than 1% and a water repellency rate of at least 99%.
