Product Introduction
This exterior wall material combines top-tier performance with an elegant appearance: it boasts excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance (Class A energy-saving and fire-resistant), and is available in color-coated steel, aluminum, or stainless steel; it achieves outstanding water/air tightness through water-repellent materials and an airtight design, while effectively reducing noise; the exterior features a concealed screw design, a smooth surface, diverse panel seams, and a durable painted finish, resulting in a simple yet sophisticated look. Its core is made of high-strength pure rock wool, ensuring stable and durable performance sufficient to support the long-term needs of the building.
Center Seam Node
STEP 1: Set up the keel system, with horizontal panels and vertical keels, and vertical panels and horizontal keels, spacing set according to the datasheet values.
STEP 2: Apply 80x2 continuous butyl tape to seal the inner surface of the panel and the keel surface, isolating the indoor and outdoor moisture transmission paths.
STEP 3: Install the wall panels, mechanically fixing them to the keel with self-tapping screws and reinforcing plates. The length of the self-tapping screws should be selected according to the fixing thickness, ideally with at least 5 threads exposed. Install sequentially from bottom to top, checking and adjusting the installation accuracy every 5-10 panels.
STEP 4: Fill the seams with adhesive rods and waterproof silicone, etc. (optional)
STEP 5: Install the outer EPDM seam sealing strip.
