As one of the earliest Chinese companies to go global, Haier has become a globally beloved home appliance brand thanks to its leading technology and globally localized innovation. Recently, Haier's intelligent manufacturing presence in Southeast Asia has gained a significant boost with the successful trial production of the Haier Air Conditioning Industrial Park in Thailand, a project co-developed by Hongxinyuan. This project represents Haier's largest overseas manufacturing base for its air conditioning products and the largest air conditioning production base for Chinese brands in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

The industrial park covers eight key areas, including safety, energy, equipment, and the environment. It achieves full digitalization, full state visualization, and intelligent operational management, ensuring digital development and green, efficient, and safe operations.

As the project's enclosure system supplier, we provide over 160,000 m² of high-performance roof and wall building enclosure system materials to the park's factories, fully ensuring that they match its world-class production capacity and quality requirements.

Four-tongue-and-groove industrial curtain wall panels

The factory's location experiences alternating heat and humidity year-round, necessitating continuous operation of the air-conditioned production workshop in a highly clean, constant-temperature, and low-noise environment. Hongxinyuan's four-tongue-and-groove industrial curtain wall panels utilize millimeter-level precision tongue-and-groove fastenings and concealed screws, ensuring seamless fit between components and a smooth, dust-free wall. They are hoisted into place on-site in a single operation, eliminating the need for secondary cutting. This shortens construction time and prevents secondary dust contamination.

The panel surface is coated with a self-cleaning and corrosion-resistant coating, which can be washed away by rainwater to remove surface dust and maintain a clean appearance for a long time; the high-density rock wool core forms a continuous thermal and sound insulation layer, effectively blocking external heat waves and mechanical noise, allowing the workshop to remain cool and quiet even in the hot summer, providing a long-term, stable, low-maintenance clean environment for the air-conditioning production line.

In this harsh environment of high wind pressure and high salt fog in this industrial park near the sea, Hongxinyuan Lock Easy Top® SeamLock75 vertical lock seam roof panels completed the roof closure of 120,000 square meters in a very short construction period.

Fully automatic roll forming ensures zero damage to the panel surface; on-site high-altitude forming and prefabricated supports are "plug and play"; special sliding supports release the stress of temperature differences between day and night; and with high-wave version and high-bearing capacity design, drainage channels can instantly drain water during the rainy season, ensuring that the roof remains dry and the structure is safe under extreme wind and rain conditions, achieving zero leakage during typhoons and providing a reliable, fast, zero-maintenance roof barrier for the project to be put into production on schedule.

With strict control over the entire material production process, Hongxinyuan ensures highly punctual cross-border material dispatch, continuously stable product quality, and precise adaptation to international standards, helping the project pass the Thai government's acceptance in one go and polishing the golden signboard of "China Construction + China Manufacturing" in Southeast Asia.
