Fire safety
In semiconductor production workshops, where electronic components are densely packed, fire safety is paramount. The HXY-FD-W-SHEB four-tongue-and-groove pure rock wool metal curtain wall panel is a new panel system developed by Hongxinyuan based on the four-tongue-and-groove curtain wall sandwich panel system. Its most notable feature is its pure rock wool core material, which has been successfully applied in various high-end industrial construction projects.
The four-tongue-and-groove design, paired with a pure rock wool core, effectively eliminates fire fueling caused by insufficient fire rating. The Grade A rock wool core forms a physical fire barrier, preventing fire from spreading, meeting the fire protection needs of all types of factories.
Energy saving and consumption reduction
The rock wool core material has good thermal insulation while achieving Class A fireproof performance. The system's socket-molded insulation core material is tightly connected and the heat conduction isolation design ensures that the indoor environment is always in an ideal state, providing stable temperature conditions for the high-precision production of display screens.
Create a clean space
The Kovanda® curtain wall system adopts an airtightness-oriented design. During the installation process, the project team also used the overflow glue construction process to further improve the overall sealing of the exterior wall and effectively prevent dust and pollutants in the outside air from entering the workshop.
This provides reliable building protection for industries such as electronics and semiconductors that require extremely clean production environments. The airtight design not only helps maintain cleanliness within the workshop but also effectively isolates noise transmission, providing strong support for the creation of green and energy-saving industrial buildings
