Sungrow Thailand Phase I – New Factory

Amidst the accelerating global expansion of the new energy industry, Sungrow's new phase one factory in Thailand marks a key step in its expansion into Southeast Asia and deepening its global production capacity network. Hark's supply of mechanized cleanroom panels and handmade glass magnesium (glass-based magnesium) panels, totaling 32,000 square meters, provides a dual foundation for "clean production + reliable operation" for this new energy intelligent manufacturing base.

New energy equipment manufacturing places stringent demands on the cleanliness of the production environment. Mechanized cleanroom panels, with their precise craftsmanship and excellent sealing properties, effectively create a dust-free and sterile precision manufacturing environment, providing a stable environment for the production of core products such as photovoltaics and energy storage, and ensuring consistent product quality and performance. Furthermore, handmade glass magnesium panels, made from magnesium oxide, combine excellent fire and moisture resistance with structural strength. In Thailand's hot and humid climate, they resist mold and corrosion for long periods of time, providing durable support for factory walls and structures and ensuring greater operational stability. In terms of supply scale, the investment of 20,000 square meters of cleanroom panels and 12,000 square meters of glass-magnesium panels not only matches the ambitious production capacity planned for the first phase of Sungrow's Thailand factory, but also demonstrates the "hardcore" support of high-end industrial panels in international industrial projects.
