This project focuses on fields such as new energy vehicles and continuously improves the level of self-sufficiency in my country's power semiconductor industry. It is expected to produce 360,000 medium and low voltage IGBT wafers annually, which is expected to completely solve the problem of self-sufficiency in core components for new energy vehicles in my country.

As a major domestic R&D and manufacturing base for power semiconductor devices, the production environment needs to achieve constant temperature and humidity, high cleanliness, and other production conditions to ensure the stability of chip manufacturing processes and product reliability.

Concealed nail wall panels, through precise panel interlocking and airtight design, form a continuous and sealed building envelope system, effectively preventing the intrusion of external particulate pollutants and maintaining the cleanliness of the manufacturing area.

The surface of the panels is coated with a special coating that has self-cleaning properties. It can keep the exterior walls clean for a long time by being washed away by rainwater, significantly reducing maintenance costs and jointly safeguarding the cleanliness standards of the core production area.

The external wall system connects with the main building structure to form a stable load-bearing system, possessing excellent wind pressure resistance and deformation resistance, providing solid support for the stable operation of internal precision equipment.

The rock wool core material meets the Class A fire resistance standard and, combined with the metal surface layer, forms a fire barrier, effectively preventing the spread of fire and enhancing the overall safety performance of the factory.


04 | Rapid and Efficient Construction

The panels were produced at Hongxinyuan's Anhui intelligent manufacturing base, the closest to the project site. Factory prefabrication and rapid on-site assembly enabled the project to be completed and put into operation in just 18 months, six months ahead of schedule, setting a new industry record. Hongxinyuan's enclosure system helps clients significantly shorten construction cycles and respond quickly to market demands.
