The Bio Engine P03 factory (Shanghai · Lingang) is a wonder in the global biopharmaceutical manufacturing field: it is the largest single-tank production line in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the world's first ultra-large-scale production line. Accompanying it is a factory building that is 24 meters high and has a total area of 65,000 square meters, containing 11 million components and hundreds of core equipment. Each single line contains more than 5,000 key process nodes.

Facing such a complex systems engineering project, the project completed the entire process from design to engineering delivery in just 18 months. It was accomplished with high quality in less than half the time of similar international projects, successfully achieving an engineering miracle of "higher quality, shorter time, and lower cost".

Behind this miracle lies the extremely high demands placed on the building envelope system: the rapid supply and construction needs under the huge volume, the structural stability challenges brought by the height of super high-rise buildings, the strict standards put forward by the clean production environment for the building envelope system, and the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical industry for green sustainability.
